Renovation of the workshop has begun

Renovation of the building that will become the workshop has begun.

When the ceiling came away, thick beams appeared. New rafters are being fitted and insulation laid in the roof space.

The latticed door at the entrance will be kept as it is. The earth floor will be taken up and relaid.

Deliveries have started to arrive: parts for a large refrigerator to keep the craft beer cold.

We open in the spring of 2027. We will keep reporting on progress here in Kurama Dayori.
